keyCRM has a full-fledged «Stock Management» feature. Once configured, it will be possible to transfer information about changes in stock levels to all marketplaces at once.

Please note that we do not receive stock levels from marketplaces, as we believe that stock levels should be managed from a single system. This is the concept behind keyCRM, where you can manage stock levels in a single window and update them across all marketplaces simultaneously.

Currently, keyCRM allows you to configure the transfer of stock levels to the following marketplaces:

  • Prom;

  • Rozetka;

  • Shopify;

  • Horoshop;

  • Kasta;

  • Wix;

  • eBay.

How to set up sending stock

To transfer stock to marketplaces, the following settings must be configured in your account:

When stock is sent

Note! If you already have initial stocks loaded in your system, they will not be transferred to the marketplace immediately after setting up the stock transfer. To do this, you need to change the stocks to activate the transfer - this can be done by importing.

Stock is sent when it changes in keyCRM, namely:

  • after an order is transferred to a status in which the products are reserved or written off from the warehouse;

  • after receipt, inventory, movement of products in the warehouse;

  • after importing stock (you can use the initial stock upload);

  • after changing stock via API;

  • after editing stock manually:

Stock is transferred to marketplaces, taking into account the reserve («Available» column). Stock of products is transferred immediately to all marketplaces with which this product is associated.

Why stock may not be transferred

Remaining stock may not be transferred if:

  • There is no link between the publication and the product. It is linked by SKU, so it is important to have the same SKUs on all websites and marketplaces;

  • The change in remaining stock described in the points above has not taken place;

  • The transfer of stock to the marketplace is not activated;

  • Individual features and settings on the part of each marketplace — contact the marketplace support team.
