You can add products or services that a customer orders or considers to the pipeline card, which allows you to store information about their interests, track sales, and generate the necessary data for further work.

This makes the sales process more manageable and customer interactions more effective.

Note! If the pipeline card does not have a «Products/Services» block, the administrator needs to enable the «Work with products/services» switch in the pipeline settings.

How to add a service or product selected by the customer to the card

There are two options for adding products in the card:

  • Select from the catalog by clicking on the «+ Add product/service» button, which will open a window for selecting the desired products. In this window, you can search by name or SKU and filter by category.
Note! The window displays a maximum of 50 results at a time, so enter the narrowest search query possible.

  • Add a one-time product by clicking on the arrow next to the add products button and selecting «Add custom product/service», then specify the name, price, and quantity. Suitable for adding individual products and offers, or if the desired product/service is not in the catalog.

How to add services to the catalog

If you already have a list of services prepared, so as not to enter them each time in the pipeline card, you can add all services to the catalog and select them from the list.

Services are added in the same way as products. Here are a few recommendations:

  • Product name — this is the name of your service;

  • Create separate categories to separate services from other products and quickly find them when adding them to the card;

  • Units of measurement can be added, for example: hour, area, lesson, course, etc.

  • Add your own fields to store additional information that may be useful to the manager in their work.

  • Specify the cost of the service — this can be the starting price, and the price can be changed individually in the card;

  • The purchase cost can be used to indicate the cost of the service. Once you have calculated your expenses for it, the calculation is displayed in the financial report.

  • The SKU can be used not only for stock management, but also for quickly searching for products in the system and identifying them when receiving requests via API. Therefore, you can generate your own unique numbering for services and add it to this field.

You can simply leave the fields you don't need blank or save other information in them.

If the service has different variations, you can enable the «Product has few SKUs» switch and enter each one with its own price. For example:

After saving the product card, the service will be available in the list of products to add to the pipeline cards.
