Answer: To make bulk changes to products, export them to a file, open it with a spreadsheet editor, and make the necessary changes. Then update them in KeyCRM.
Answer: To be able to select a different currency for a product, go to «Settings» → «Finance» → «Currency» and add the desired currency.
After that, you will be able to select it in the corresponding field in the product card.
Answer: Currently, items in an order can be edited in two cases:

If it is a one-time product created in the order;

If the product is not linked to an item in the CRM catalog and the «Edit order product» switch is enabled in the item settings.
Answer: Publications are representations of your product on various platforms; they are automatically pulled into KeyCRM for sources that support this feature.
You can create products from publications. Products created in the KeyCRM catalog can be used for inventory accounting, sent to manufacturing, manually added to orders, and used for product analytics.
Answer: This functionality has not yet been added to KeyCRM. However, our developers are looking for ways to implement it.
You can always export products from KeyCRM to a file and import them into your store (if its functionality allows it). Or update products at the source using methods in our API.
Answer: If the order is in a status where the products have been written off from the warehouse, you will not be able to add another product to it. Therefore, simply transfer the order to the pre-write-off status and the button will become active again.
Answer: Publications are automatically deleted only when the source from which they were created is deleted. To delete unnecessary publications manually:

Check the publications in the «Publications» section;

Click on the «Selected: xxx» button that appears;

Select the desired action «Remove publications».
Answer: The SKU is a unique identifier for the product in the system. If the product already has a history of stock or sales, you cannot edit the item number in the system manually.
To update the item number, use:

Update the product by its internal ID through import;

Our API for products without variations (if the SKU field is empty).
Answer: Go to «Settings» → «Products» and activate the «Use barcodes» switch.
Answer: You can add 12 images to a product card and only 1 image to each product variation.
Answer: The following formats are allowed: .png, .jpeg, jpg. The following formats are not supported: .heic, .tiff, and .webp. The maximum size is 10 MB.
When importing, image links must not contain spaces or Cyrillic characters and must have a file extension (for this reason, links from Google Drive will not work).
It is important to note that the larger the file size, the longer it will take to load in the background in the catalog.
Answer: In the «Publications» section, there is a «Product connection» filter.
Link options:
