In KeyCRM, you can add an individual discount for each customer in their card or set up loyalty programs with multi-level conditions for automatic discounts depending on the amount of customer orders.
Rules for loyalty programs

Discounts under the loyalty program apply to all orders from sources specified in the program settings, except for those created through import.

To calculate the purchase amount, all customer orders in the «Completed» status are taken into account:
• from sources specified in the program settings;
• from the moment of execution of which the period specified in the program settings has passed; -
Discounts apply specifically to products in the order, not to the entire order;

When changing the customer or source in the order, the discounts will be recalculated;

When creating an order manually, the loyalty program is applied immediately when selecting a customer, in other cases automatically when creating an order.
Therefore, after the first order is completed, if its value meets the program's requirements, the customer will be assigned a level that will apply to future orders.
Using discounts in orders
Individual customer discounts or loyalty program discounts are applied separately in the «Product discount» field of the order:

Individual discounts are added automatically (if enabled in the settings) or manually and do not affect loyalty program discounts.

To apply it manually, click on the percentage icon to the left of the «Add product» button and select «Apply individual discount».
Once the discount has been added, it will be applied to all items in the order.

The loyalty program discount is automatically applied and immediately displayed after the order is created, if the program conditions are met.
You can apply a loyalty program discount, an individual buyer discount, and a fixed or percentage discount to the order at the same time. All discounts are calculated based on the price of the product, added together, and recorded in the «Product discount» field.
To see which discounts are applied to a product, click on the price in the «Product discount» field:
How to cancel special customer discounts
Individual discounts or loyalty program discounts cannot be edited. If necessary, you can cancel them and apply them manually when needed by selecting this action in the discounts menu (the % button):
If you need to change the discount percentage, cancel them and manually add the desired fixed or percentage discount to the product.
Implement individual percentage discounts for customers and loyalty programs to automatically calculate discounts based on the total amount of their purchases. This will help increase loyalty, customer satisfaction, and sales.
