Before you start working with orders, contact your administrator or configure the statuses yourself to suit your workflows.

How to Identify the Current Status of an Order

In the Orders section, you can see the status of an order in three cases:

  1. In the general order list (if the Status column is enabled);

  2. In the expanded order view;

  3. When you open the order in a new tab.

For orders imported from marketplaces (like Rozetka, Prom), you’ll also see the external source status displayed next to the order status — this reflects the current status on the marketplace.

How to Change the Order Status

There are three ways to update an order's status:

  1. In the general list:
    Click on the Status field of the order. A dropdown will open with all available statuses — choose the one you need and click Save.

  2. In the expanded view:
    Open the order, find the Status field, select a new status from the dropdown, and click Save.

  3. Bulk update:
    Select several orders and use Bulk Actions to change their statuses all at once.

Now you can easily keep track of your orders and update their statuses as needed.

This helps streamline your workflow and ensures your team is always on the same page.
