Should you require reassigning orders to another manager, update order statuses, or export data, do it all at once using bulk actions.
How to Perform Bulk Actions
Go to the Orders section and select the orders you want to work with:
- Click individual checkboxes to select orders manually,
- Or, click the top checkbox to access more options:
- Select all on page – marks all visible orders on the page;
- Select all in list – marks all orders across pages;
- Clear all – resets your selections. - Click the Selected: XXX button (with the number of orders you've picked) to open the available bulk actions menu.
The following actions are available for bulk changes to orders:
- Change status – e.g., update orders from New to Delivery;
- Change manager – assign selected orders to another user;
- Tags – attach or detach tags from all selected orders;
- Export to file – download the selected orders as a CSV or Excel file;
- Print list – print the selected orders using a custom template;
- Change shipment / delivery date – opens a window for setting a new date for the Delivery/Shipment Data field, available only to users who can edit the field;
- Create order list – group orders into a list you can later export or print. Useful for preparing shipping registries for delivery services;
- Execute command – especially handy when working with a barcode scanner. Choose from actions like assign manager, change status, etc.
The Extra Option to Delete Orders is only available to the account owner — the user who created the CRM workspace. Using bulk actions, you can clear the order database as needed.
Now you can quickly update order statuses, reassign managers, export, print, or organize orders — all in just a few clicks. Bulk actions save time and keep your workflow efficient.
