Features of processing Prom chats

Since Prom is a marketplace, chats on it are a little different from those on regular messaging apps or Instagram. But overall, communication with customers is the same as in regular chats.

Displaying chats

After connecting, messages from the last 3 days will be automatically downloaded, and new messages will start appearing in the «Chats» section.

In keyCRM, all messages will go into a single chat, just like in Prom. Therefore, if a customer has messaged you even once, all their new questions will appear in that same chat, and you’ll be able to respond to them.

If the question concerns an order or a product, you’ll see a clickable label at the top; clicking on it will immediately open the product or order card on the marketplace.

Answers in chats

Send text messages just like in regular chats; images are supported in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, png.

Note! With keyCRM, you cannot be the first to message a customer on Prom right now; you can only reply to messages you’ve received.
