Transferring leads from TikTok lead forms

We explain how to set up the transfer of leads from TikTok lead forms to keyCRM.

The TikTok lead form is a built-in form in ads where users can quickly leave their contact details directly in the app. It helps businesses collect applications, bookings, or registrations and immediately transfer them to keyCRM.

Step 1. Adding a source to keyCRM

Go to «Settings» → «Sources List». A list of connected sources will appear. At the end of the list, there is a button «Add source». Click on it. In the window:

  1. Specify the name of the source;

  2. Select the source type from the list — «TikTok Leads»;

  3. Next, click on the «Log in with TikTok» button, and a new pop-up window will appear, in which you will need to log in with your TikTok account.

Note! Authorization takes place in a new pop-up window, so make sure that pop-up windows are enabled in your browser.

After authorization in the source editing window:

  1. Select the advertising account whose form submissions need to be connected.

  2. Next, you can select the currency of the source, which will be applied to the prices of products or services in the card.

Step 2: Grant users access to the source

On the «Users access» tab, you can specify which employees will see pipeline/order cards from this source.

If an employee does not see pipeline/order cards from the store (source), first check that they have access to this source.

Step 3: Configuring form field transfer

To transfer data from a lead form to keyCRM, you need to specify which form fields correspond to keyCRM fields.

First, you need to add the form in the source settings:

  1. Go to the «Forms» tab and click the «Add form» button;

  2. In the window, select the form you want to configure;

  3. Select the pipeline to which you want to send applications from this form and click the «Next» button.

Note! If you do not have any pipelines created in the system or you need to create a separate pipeline for receiving applications from lead forms, follow the instructions: How to set up pipelines and statuses for cards.

All fields of the form you selected will be loaded in the window. Select their correspondence to the fields in keyCRM and click «Save».

Section «Form fields» field correspondence:

  • Ad ID — ad_id;

  • Ad title — ad_name;

  • Ad group ID — adgroup_id;

  • Ad group title — adgroup_name;

  • Campaign ID — campaign_id;

  • Campaign title — campaign_name;

  • Form ID — page_id;

  • Form name — page_name.

The «Lead Fields» section where the fields of the selected form are pulled up.

You can choose from the system fields: Contact Name, Contact Phone, Contact Email, Note, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and any custom field (which is in the selected pipeline)

If you have multiple forms on your connected TikTok page, you can connect and configure them all in the «Forms» tab by clicking the «Add form» button.

Once you have completed all the settings, save the source settings and all new applications sent from lead forms will be uploaded within five minutes to pipeline cards.
