Every business has certain stages through which it is necessary to guide the customer. In keyCRM, in the «Pipeline» section, you can independently configure the necessary stages, perform analytics, and control the process.
Each card represents a potential customer's request. You can name the cards yourself, whether they are leads, applications, requests, or deals. They differ in name, but the functionality remains the same.
Where are the pipelines located?
All work takes place in the «Sales» → «Pipelines» section. Once you navigate to it, you will see a kanban board with status (stage) columns.
1. Enable the section in «Settings» → «Pipelines».
2. Configure status settings and create new pipelines as needed.
3. Grant access to your managers.

By default, cards are sorted by time of next contact, but this can be changed in the pipeline settings.
By default, «successful» and «rejected» statuses are hidden. To see them, enable the corresponding switches in the filter.
