The card change history allows you to track all actions performed on cards, including bulk and automatic changes.
Every update to a card is carefully recorded so that you can always find out who made the changes and track important actions.
Where is the card change history displayed?
Changes are saved in the «Action history» tab in the right panel of the card.
Each entry is color-coded:

Green — adding information;

Orange — editing;

Red — deleting;

Gray — just an event.
Filtering and tracking changes in action history
The history of changes is displayed starting from the latest change to the oldest one. Available filters:

Action initiator — who made the change in the card: manager, trigger, system;

Manager — selection of a specific user who made the changes (if the action initiator is selected: manager);

Date — the period of time during which the changes were made; you can enter the dates manually or select them on the calendar:
What changes are tracked in the action history
Card actions:

Creating and editing fields: source, status, name, next contact time, manager, note, currency, pipeline, additional fields;

Editing contact information (name, phone number, email).

If a customer has not been created in the card, but the phone number is changed, this is actually a change to the Contact, not the card. The same applies if the change occurs in the chat from which the card was created. A contact can be linked to several pipeline cards, so its history is displayed in all cards to which it is linked.

Working with customers (saving new ones, selecting existing ones, replacing them).
Files and products:

Adding/deleting files and products;

Changing fields: quantity, price, name.
Changes to payments:

Adding/deleting payments;

Changing fields: amount, type, status, date, comment.
All recorded changes on all cards can be viewed in the general action history for the account, which also displays changes in orders and tasks.
