The order change history helps you track all updates, including automatic or bulk changes.
Every action is recorded, so you’ll always know what happened and who made it.
Where to Find the Order Change History
Go to the Orders section. In the list, find the order you want to check and click the clock icon in the Actions column:
A window will open showing who made the change, what was changed and when it happened.
Each type of update is color-coded:
Green — information was added;
Orange — editing;
Red — deleting;
Gray — informational event only.
Changes made automatically by the system are marked as KeyCRM — for example, orders created from integrations, changes triggered by automation, status changes based on delivery tracking rules.
Filtering and Tracking Changes in Order History
The history is shown from the latest change to the oldest. You can filter it by:
-
Action initiator — who made the change (user, trigger, system);
-
Manager — if user is selected, you can filter by specific person;
-
Date — period of time when the changed were made (set a custom time range manually or via calendar).
