How to create a card in the pipeline manually
Go to the «Pipelines» section and click the «Add lead» button (application, agreement, request) in the upper right corner:
After that, a window for creating a card will open. Enter the information in it. The fields are not mandatory and can be filled in later at any time:
-
Status — you can select the processing status in which the card will be saved after creation;
-
Name — by default, Lead No. (the serial number will be added after the card is created), you can change it to your own name;
-
Source — the place where the request came from (in the settings, you can add a separate source for creating cards manually);
-
Time of next contact — the time is automatically set to 15 minutes, you can choose the time when you plan to contact the customer again regarding this request;
-
Manager — by default, the person who creates the card. You can select another person from the list of users with access to the pipeline;
-
Note — for additional comments on the card;
-
Contact details — your customer's name, phone number (fill in the international format with the country code) and email address. You can immediately save the customer in the database;
-
Additional fields — user fields created by the administrator;
-
Products/services — for selecting products or services that the customer is interested in. This block is only available if it is activated in the pipeline settings.
Once you have entered all the necessary information and clicked on the «Save» button, the card will appear on the kanban board in the column corresponding to the status you have selected.
