KeyCRM lets you add an unlimited number of custom sources for any sales channel (outside of built-in integrations). These could include social media platforms, landing pages via API, manually created orders, calls, etc.

With sources in KeyCRM, you can:

  • Track analytics for each source individually;

  • Set user access for each source;

  • Enable automatic SMS notifications per source;

  • Assign a default manager for incoming orders from the source;

  • Choose a default warehouse for order source.

How to Add a Source

Go to SettingsSources List. A list of connected sources appears. At the end of the list, click Add source.

In the window that pops up

  1. Enter the source name;
  2. Select the type — choose Other source type;
  3. If necessary, specify the manager to whom all orders from this source will be assigned at once. If you select several managers, orders will be distributed in rotation. You can also leave this field empty;
  4. Select the source currency.

User Access to the Source

Under the User Access tab, you can select which team members should have access to orders from this source.

To do this, click on Selected users and check the boxes of the employees:

After clicking Add, your new source is ready to go.

If you create an order manually through social media or messengers, you can immediately assign a previously created source. To do this, you need to specify this source in the settings of each communication channel.

In this article, we explained how to create a new source and how to work with it in the system moving forward.
