Sometimes it is necessary to create a list of individual orders in order to perform certain actions with them. For example, to transfer order information to another department. Below we describe how to work with lists.
How to create a list of orders
Go to the «Sales» → «Orders» section and, if necessary, use filters to find the orders you need to create a list for:

Select the necessary orders;

Click on the «Selected: xxx» button;

Click on «Create order list».
The created list will be saved in the «Sales» → «Order lists» section.
What actions can be performed with the order list
In the «Order lists» section, you can see all the lists you have already created.
Let’s take a look at the actions in these lists:

Name — click on the list name to rename it;

Display of the list type name;

Create register — responsible for creating a register for Nova Poshta. The button will be available opposite the list if all orders in the list belong to the same delivery type and the same delivery service;

Printing labels created by waybill for Ukrposhta and Nova Poshta;

Exporting orders based on the created template;

Printing a list based on the created template;

Deleting a list;

Opening a list of orders.
Which information is displayed in the order list
When you open the list, the following information is displayed:

Order ID — click on the number to open the order card;

Recipient — full name of the recipient specified in the order;

Full address where the goods should be delivered according to the order;

Shipping carrier;
-
Shipment tracking.
This way, with the help of the created order lists, you can perform bulk actions for printing, transfer information to couriers for delivery, or provide the necessary information to other departments.
