With the export function, you can download orders with all the information they contain to a file for further use.
The system has a standard export template called «Default», which downloads all fields from orders by default. You can also create as many templates as you need, selecting only the fields you need.
How to add your own export template
Go to «Settings» → «Orders» → «Export orders» tab, where you will find a list of all templates.
To add a new one, click «Add template» and in the window:

Specify the template name;

Select the file format for export: CSV or XLSX;

Configure the necessary list of fields and their order:

Column (order property): displays the name of the field, to the left of which is an icon for moving fields. The configured order shows the order of columns in the export table;

Description: a description of each field, indicating what data is contained in them;

Status: a switch that enables or disables a field in the template. Activate the fields from which you want to export information.
After configuring the fields, click «Save» and the template will be available for use.
Template management
The list of templates displays their names and export formats. By clicking on the table column names, the list is sorted, and you can:

Enable/disable a template by clicking on the switch in the «Status» column;

Make changes to the settings by clicking on the pencil icon, which will open the same window as when creating a template;

Remove an unused template by clicking on the bin icon.
Create templates for exporting for different tasks so you can quickly and conveniently download orders with the necessary data.
