Using the export function, you can download orders with all the information they contain to a file. This file can be used in accounting, logistics, or simply stored on your computer.
Configuring the export template
The system has a standard export template that downloads all fields from orders by default. However, you can create your own export templates where you can select only the fields you need.
You can create any number of such templates for each task. The file format for downloading is xlsx or csv.
Exporting orders from your dashboard
First, select the orders you want to download from the list. You can choose:

One by one — check the boxes next to the orders you want in the list;

All orders — to the right of the checkbox for marking orders, click the triangle and select «Select all in list»;

Specified orders — find the necessary orders using filters and check the entire list as described above.
After marking the orders, you will see the «Selected: xxx» button — click on it, select «Export to file» in the menu, and choose the desired template:
The file with selected orders will be saved on your computer. If there are many orders, the export will run in the background, and a link to download the file will be sent to the email address specified in your profile.
