How to Add and Use Tags in Orders

We explain how to tag orders and use them in filters.

Tags are important and convenient markers in orders. They can be used to highlight unique characteristics of an order. For example: urgent, fragile product, VIP order, call the customer, etc.

The tag system allows managers to quickly identify the characteristics of each order and easily filter them according to specific criteria.

Important! If you do not see tags in the order and column settings, your administrator has not enabled access to this field.

Where tags are displayed

Tags are displayed:

  • In the «Tags» field in the expanded order;
  • In the list of orders, if the field is added to the columns.

How to add tags to an order

To add a new tag, click the «Add» button next to the appropriate field or in the order list column. If a tag has already been added to the order, click on it to select a new tag.

In the open menu, you can search by tag name and add it to the order by clicking on the found tag.

In addition to adding tags to individual orders, you can also set them in bulk for selected orders.

You can always create new tags in your account settings!

Search orders by tags

In the filter menu, you can select tags to search for orders to which they have been added.

There are two ways to search in the filter:

  • All — the search will sort only those orders where all selected tags are set;

  • Any — the search will sort only those orders where at least one of the selected tags is set.

Use tags in orders for convenient marking and quick search for the necessary orders.
