Seller Online Payment Service Integration

Seller Online is a service for sending and receiving parcels internationally. It also helps you send and receive PayPal payments in countries where local restrictions prevent you from doing so directly.

How to receive statements from Seller Online

Go to «Settings» → «Finance» → the «Payment services» tab, then click «Add payment service».

In the window that opens:

1. Name — enter a name that is convenient for you;
2. Integrate with — select SellerOnline from the list;
3. API key — enter the API key provided by Seller Online support;
4. Select the payment type to use when saving payments;
5. Save expenses — enable this option if you want expenses to be saved in the order;
6. Select the payment types for PayPal and SellerOnline fees:

After completing the required fields, click «Add». The payment service will appear in the list.

All payment statements for fulfillment orders appear in «External transactions». You can add them to general expenses or order expenses.
