In keyCRM, integration with Instagram is implemented through the official API, so in order to connect, your account must meet the integration requirements.
What do you need to have to make connection

Have a professional Instagram account (Business or Creator).

Link your Instagram account to a public Facebook page.

Enable messaging in your Instagram settings.

Have administrator rights to the relevant Facebook page.
How to switch to a professional Instagram account
Go to your Instagram profile and open the settings using the appropriate path.

In a browser on a PC: «More» → «Settings» → «Account type and tools» → «Switch to a professional account»;

In the mobile app: «Settings and actions» → «Account type and tools» → «Switch to a professional account».
Follow Instagram's prompts to complete the switch. If additional menu items appear in the settings in the section for professionals, the transition has been successful.
How to link Instagram to a public Facebook page
To create a link, go to the relevant sections and follow the steps indicated.

In a browser on a PC: «Pages you manage» → «Go» to the desired page» → «Settings and privacy» → «Settings» → «Connected accounts» → «Instagram»;

In the mobile app: «Settings and actions» → «Business tools and controls» → «Connect or create».
Confirm the link between your account and page by logging in where Instagram asks you to.
How to enable messaging on Instagram
For integration to work, you need to allow access to Instagram messages for connected services.

In a PC browser: «Pages you manage» → «Go to the desired page» → Management and privacy» → «Settings» → «Connected accounts»;

In the mobile app: Go to «Settings and actions» → «Notifications and story responses» → «Notification requests».
Activate the Allow access to Instagram messages switch in the Inbox section.
