By exporting cards, you can download all the information about your cards, which can be used for further analysis, sending information to partners, or saving the table on your device.

Note! If the file is not exported, first check whether permission for the site to automatically download has been granted (in your browser settings).

Exporting cards from your account

Go to the «Sales» → «Pipeline» section. You can apply a filter to find cards based on specific criteria.

Next, select the cards you want to export:

  • All cards in the columns by checking the box next to the status name;

  • Specific cards, by checking only the cards you need one by one.

After selecting, you will see the «Selected: xxx» button — click on it and move the cursor to «Export to file». Select the desired file type in which the table will be saved:

The file with the selected cards will be saved on your computer. If there are many of them, the export will run in the background, and a link to download the file will be sent to your email.

What information is exported to the file

The file will contain all the information specified in the cards:

  • Card name, status, and ID;

  • Buyer (customer) contact details;

  • General information about products, payment amounts, and currency;

  • Information on all additional fields.
