To better control the sales process through social networks and messengers, you can set up automatic creation of cards from new or repeat inquiries from potential customers.
How to enable auto-creation of cards
Go to «Settings» → «Communications» → «Convos/SMS/Email» tab, where you will find a list of connected communication channels.
Open the channel you want to activate auto-creation of cards in by clicking on the «pencil» next to it, or add a new channel. In the window:
- Find the «Pipeline connection» field and select a value:
• No — cards will NOT be created automatically from chats;
• One-time — cards will be created only once, provided that there is no card from this chat or active order yet;
• Repeat — cards will always be created when a new chat is opened, and when a ticket is opened in a chat, only if there is no card or order in working statuses (all statuses except successful and rejected); - Select a pipeline to create cards. If you only have one pipeline, it will be selected automatically, and there will be no selection field.
- Click «Save» and the settings will take effect.
How auto-creation of cards works

After configuration, cards will not be created for existing chats—only for new ones;

If a source is specified in the communication channel settings, it will be displayed in the created card by default;

If the communication channel settings are configured for automatic distribution of chats among managers, cards will also be assigned to the manager to whom the chat is assigned;

Cards are always created with the status «New» in the selected pipeline;

If you select «Repeat», cards will NOT be created when the customer has written in a chat that is still open or if the buyer has a card or order with an active status in this chat;

After creation, the card will be displayed in the chat, in the panel on the right, in the «Active cards in pipelines» section:
