Sometimes it may be necessary to edit the stocks in the system relative to the actual stock in the warehouse. To do this, you can use stock receipt or import, but if these options are not suitable, you can always adjust the stocks manually.
How to edit stocks
Go to «Catalog» → «Stocks», where you will see a list of stocks that you can edit. To edit, click on the «Edit stocks» button at the top right to change their quantity.
After making changes, be sure to click «Save», and a window will appear where you can leave a comment or leave this field blank.
After adding a comment, click «Save» again.
Where editing information is displayed
The result of the stock editing operation can be seen in two places:

Inventory movement, where you can see a detailed list of all edited products.

History of stock changes for each product in the «Stocks» section. To go there, click on the clock icon next to the desired product:
