A source is the place where an order was placed — the platform your customer used to make a purchase. Using reports in the Analytics section, you can break down sales by each source, manage employee access by platform, and track performance across all your sales channels.

In Key CRM, orders can be pulled in automatically from connected sources like online stores, marketplaces, landing pages, website builders, and more — or you can create orders manually when needed.

Marketplaces as Order Sources

KeyCRM comes with built-in integrations for popular Ukrainian and international marketplaces — setup takes just a few minutes. You can currently connect:
Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Rozetka, Prom, Allo, Kasta, Epicentr, RIA.com, OLX.

Simply pass authorization, and orders will start loading automatically. You’ll be able to process them, keep full order and customer history, update order statuses, send tracking numbers, upload new products, and sync inventory in real time.

Order sync frequency:

  • Every 30 minutes for international marketplaces;
  • Every 10 minutes for Ukrainian ones.

Website Builders as Order Sources

KeyCRM smoothly handles orders from platforms like: Weblium, Tilda, Horoshop, Shop-Express, Wix

Once connected, KeyCRM automatically grabs new orders so you can handle everything in one place — from fast shipping and inventory control to customer communication and sales analytics.

Connecting a cloud store takes up to 10 minutes — once done, your store will appear in your list of sources.

Online Stores on CMS Platforms as a source for orders

CMS-based stores are easy to integrate using our ready-made modules and step-by-step guides. Currently, we support all major CMS platforms: WooCommerce, Opencart, Magento, Prestashop, CS-Cart, Okay CMS, Shopify.

Once integration is set up, orders from those sources will flow into KeyCRM within seconds of being placed. You'll get the full order data — customer details, products ordered, payment method, delivery method — everything you need to get started.

Other Types of Sources

Didn’t find your platform in the list above? You can create your own custom order source. Perfect for self-built websites or landing pages — you can connect them via API and send orders directly to KeyCRM.

You can also manually create orders from customer phone calls, chats, offline stores, or import order history when switching from another system.

Today we’ve gone over what order sources are in KeyCRM and how to use them to manage your sales efficiently.
