The history of changes in manufacturing allows you to track actions taken on requests, including bulk and automatic changes.

Where is the change history displayed?

Go to «Sales» → «Manufacturing», where you will find the entire list of manufacturing requests. Find the request you need in the general list and click on the clock icon in the «Actions» block:

After that, a window will appear showing who edited what data and when. Each entry is marked with a color:

  • Green — adding information;

  • Orange — editing;

  • Red — deleting;

  • Gray just an event.

Filtering and tracking changes in actions history

The history of changes is displayed starting from the latest change to the oldest one. Available filters:

  1. Action initiator — who made the change in the task: manager, trigger, system;

  2. Manager — selection of a specific user who made the changes (if the action initiator is selected: manager);

  3. Date — the period of time during which the changes were made; you can enter the dates manually or select them on the calendar:

What changes are tracked in the actions history

  • Change of producer;

  • Change of comment;

  • Change of product status;

  • Change of note in a child product;

  • Splitting an order: creating child production requests according to the quantity of products;

  • Cancellation (when a product or the order itself is deleted from the order).

All recorded changes for all manufacturing requests can be viewed in the general actions history for the CRM, which also displays changes in pipeline cards, orders, and tasks.
