How to Export Companies to an Excel Table

Exporting companies allows you to save all information about the companies you work with. Here’s how to do it.

If you need to complete additional tasks — for example, downloading company information — you can use the export feature in KeyCRM.

Note: If the file does not download, first check whether your browser settings allow automatic downloads from the site.

How to Export Companies

Go to Sales → Companies. You can apply filters to find companies that meet specific criteria.

Select the companies you want to export:

  • Tick the checkboxes for individual companies one by one;
  • Or choose All on page or Entire list on the left side of the list to select multiple companies at once. 

Once selected, you’ll see the button Selected: XXX. Click on it, then move your cursor to Export to file.

Choose the file type in which the table should be saved:


Note: If only a few companies are selected, the table will be downloaded immediately to your computer. If the list is large, the export will run in the background, and a download link will be sent to your email.

The exported file will contain all fields specified in the company cards.
