To ensure that our CRM system remains accessible and offers a wide range of features, we’ve designed a fair, unified pricing plan.
We’ve decided not to charge for user access or limit the number of users, which sets us apart from many competitors. After all, someone may only need access once a month, during a trial period, or on a temporary basis.
Why constantly monitor the number of users in the CRM, change the plan, or limit your team’s capabilities because of it? In KeyCRM, you only pay for actual system usage, and the cost is quite affordable.
Use Now, Pay Later!
KeyCRM works on a post-payment basis: you won’t pay anything in advance! The invoice will be generated automatically on the first day of every month based on your actual usage.
If you'd rather handle it for a longer term, you can make an advance payment for several months. The necessary amount will be automatically deducted from your account on the first day of each month.
What’s Included in the Tariff?
The tariff consists of the following:

Basic Tariff – $19 (monthly fee for system usage);
Includes 200 orders, 2,000 applications, 20,000 messages (incoming + outgoing) from chats (Instagram/Viber/Telegram, etc.), along with full functionality.

Fixed Fee for Source Integration with Synchronization – $19 per month (if the connection was not made on the first day of the month, the amount is calculated in proportion to the number of days remaining until the end of the month);
Allows for the integration of an unlimited number of platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Prom, Rozetka, Wix, Khoroshop, Epicenter, Kasta, Allo, Facebook Leads), OLX (if a communications channel is connected) with no extra charges per platform.

Additional Integrations – personal Viber and Telegram number are billed separately per number monthly;

Fee for Additional Usage – $9 for every 200 orders, 2,000 cards in funnels, 20,000 messages (incoming + outgoing) in chats above the base limit.
*We carefully considered how to charge for messenger integrations. While most services charge separately for each one, some chats are less active, and others can have thousands of conversations each month.
Most of KeyCRM's resources go into processing messages. Even if you have 5 messengers with thousands of messages per month, the load is nearly unnoticeable for our system. To ensure fair pricing, we decided to charge based on the total number of messages, and we don't charge for inactive messengers. We also store files sent in chats for two months.
