Tags are important and convenient marks in orders. They can be used to highlight unique characteristics of an order. For example: urgent, fragile products, VIP order, call the customer, etc.
The tag system allows managers to quickly identify the specifics of each order and easily filter them according to specified criteria.
How to create a new tag
To create a tag, go to «Settings» → «Orders» → «Tags» tab and click «Add tag»:
In the window, enter the name of the new tag and select a color that will help you recognize and quickly work with it:
Click the «Add» button to create a tag and make it available for use in orders.
How to manage tags
The list of all created tags can be found in the «Settings» → «Orders» → «Tags» tab.
The table displays the name, color, and number of orders in which the tag is already used. You can sort by clicking on the column names.
In the list, you can:

Activate/deactivate a tag by clicking on the switch in the “Status” column;

Rename the tag and change its color by clicking on the pencil icon, which will open the same window as when creating a tag;

Delete a tag that is not used in orders by clicking on the bin icon.
