If you need to perform additional tasks — for example, export a specific customer segment — the export feature in KeyCRM will come in handy.
How to Export Customers
Go to Sales → Customers.
You can apply filters to find customers that meet certain criteria.
Export is done for the selected customers in the list, and you can mark them in several ways:

Check individual customers manually;

Use the options on the left above the list: Select all on the page or Select all in a list to bulk select customers.
Once you’ve selected the needed entries, a button will appear — Selected: xxx. Click on it, then hover over Export to file. Choose the desired file format for your export.
Only the following fields are currently being uploaded to the file:

Full name;
-
First three phone numbers;
-
First three email addresses;
-
Additional custom fields.
